SHIPPING TERMS
At Off The Hook Aquatics our number one concern is the safety of the fish
so we prefer Southwest Air shipping same day. All Wild Caught or large
fish will only be shipped same day air and no other way. We will ship your
fish out and you can have them that same day swimming in your tank. We
will ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx at the customer request for fry other
smaller species otherwise our preferred method of shipping is Southwest
Air. All fish are guarantee thru Southwest Air and will be credited or
replaced accordingly if any DOA are received. Any DOA fish must be
reported within 2 hours after shipment has arrived. A picture of the DOA
must be taken and sent to joe@offthehookaquatics.com
and if requested fish might need to be cut in half with picture taken so
we can confirm the death. If fish are not picked up within 2hrs after
they have arrived or cannot be delivered in a result of no one being
available for pickup or delivery from carrier then there is no guarantee.
All DOA fish will be replaced accordingly, but shipping cost will not be
covered and is the buyers responsability. Also in some cases certian
species might be harder to replace and could take months before they are
back in stock. If this happens Off The Hook Aquatics will
do everything they can to supply an alternative species if requested
or some kind of refund at the descretion of Off The Hook
Aquatics.

I really hate seeing dead fish that had been swimming in my tanks 5 hours
ago so I will do everything I can to get you healthy fish with little to
no problems. At times do to weather or carrier delays there can be issues
with the delivery of your fish, that is why I prefer to ship all shipments
out early so that if any delays happen the fish can still be delivered the
same day. I apologize if this is an inconvenience and will gladly work
with you to get your fish safe and in your tank. If there are any concerns
on shipping and weather issues please bring this up before placing orders
so that all details can be worked out before the fish
are purchased.
